Expert Automotive Trim is an industrial component manufacturer with a customer centric business model.
Inspired by the Naidoo family, the company was established in 1985, in the furniture sector before migrating our expertise into the CMT (cut make trim) arena. We adopted a customer centric model creating custom designs to specific customer needs and specializing in the manufacturing and supply of textile and allied components.
Expert Automotive Trim, commonly referred to as EAT, now supplies the automotive components sector at a Tier 1,2 and 3 level to OEM’s such as Toyota Boshoku SA and Toyota South Africa. We are the preferred supplier to Neveon Foam for bedding components and our other customers include Feltex Fehrer, Finlam Automotive, Lylax Bedding and Fibertex SA.
Situated in Durban, the business operates from a 1400sqm facility with a staff component of 55 members and is currently in planning for expansion projects. Our mission is to provide high level professionalism through our quality and precision product manufacturing in an environment that nurtures our staff and exceeds clients’ expectations.
We are invested in the upliftment of our communities by ensuring we hire local and support our community churches and outreach programs.
