Power Cut Cutting Software

The cutting software offers pattern design or importing of customer design files. The built in nesting options allow material optimization.

Product Design Assistance

Our product design assistance team will help develop a successful product that is ready for the market and the manufacturing floor. We work from customer design briefs to create solutions for new products that are innovative, practical and suitable for manufacturing.

With our digitizer and CAD software we are able to create patterns or digitize patterns from customer templates or samples. The built in nesting software optimizes materials usage.

Die Cutting

5 Hydraulic press machines with the capability of 35 Tons up to 150 Tons, cuts various materials ranging from textiles to wood. Cutting dyes are custom built to clients designs.

With the introduction of a lamination machine, we can now offer our clients laminated cut parts.

Sewing

Our industrial sewing department, created to perform long-term, professional sewing tasks, is fully equipped with top class machinery and operated by a highly skilled team. The department forms an integral part of the process and machines are selected to complement the material that adequately meets the needs and expectations of our clients.

Assembly

Expert Automotive Trim and its lean manufacturing model, seamlessly moves semi-finished products from workstation to workstation to assemble the generated parts until the final product is obtained. A skillful process that is uniquely designed to reach client’s specific requirements and needs.
