Sewing
Our industrial sewing department, created to perform long-term, professional sewing tasks, is fully equipped with top class machinery and operated by a highly skilled team. The department forms an integral part of the process and machines are selected to complement the material that adequately meets the needs and expectations of our clients.
Die Cutting
Using templates and/or molds we develop a die that is customized with the final product in mind. The benefits of flatbed die cutting include lower tooling costs, greater tolerance on materials and high design flexibility. These machines combined with our team of skilled users, are effective for making precision die-cuts to fabric, sheets and laminates.
Raw Materials Sourcing
Our dedicated team serves a unique coordination role between suppliers and our clients, and have a proven track record in their pursuit of the procurement of raw materials made to our clients specifications. The team controls the procurement process, including evaluations, certifications and negotiations, and manages supplier relationships always taking into consideration price, delivery and service. We strive to work with those suppliers who demonstrate commitment to superior customer service, quality and continuous improvement.
Assembly
Expert Automotive Trim and its lean manufacturing model, seamlessly moves semi-finished products from workstation to workstation to assemble the generated parts until the final product is obtained. A skillful process that is uniquely designed to reach client’s specific requirements and needs.
Laser Cutting
Laser Cutting applies to non-thermal, fully focused beam to force material into cut shapes and sizes. The laser is computer-controlled and follows a pre-set design enabling us to produce large volume of uniform parts with speed and accuracy. The inclusion of these machines into our processes allows rapid turnaround time and is well suited for a short run high volume production.
Product Design Assistance
Our product design assistance team will help develop a successful product that is ready for the market and the manufacturing floor. We work from design briefs to create solutions for new products that are innovative, practical and suitable for manufacturing.
